Ken Okoroafor
Ken Okoroafor is the founder of The Humble Penny and Financial Joy Academy, platforms with the core mission of helping at least 10,000 families to achieve Financial Independence this decade.Â
He became Financially Independent at 34, having started his journey as a First Generation immigrant aged 14. His work has been featured across the BBC, The Sunday Times, Metro, Channel 5, The Guardian, etc.
Ken is a Chartered Accountant and holds an MBA from the University of Cambridge. He has over 12 years of experience as an executive Chief Financial Officer at London-based Asset Management and Venture Capital companies. He took the leap in April 2020 to begin running his own business full time together with his wife, Mary Okoroafor, as business partners.
Ken is deeply passionate about helping families and stressed professionals create financial independence.
