Jennifer Carnegie
Director and Co-founder, Amicus
Jennifer Carnegie is a director and co-founder of Amicus, a successful leadership development consultancy based on the belief that everyone in the workplace has a right to be inspired, motivated and supported to deliver their best. She is the President of Jersey Chamber of Commerce, representing its membership of 600 businesses and 30,000 people in Jersey.
Jennifer is on the Board of Jersey Business Limited and the Channel Islands Cooperative Society and is an Appointments Commissioner (the regulator for senior government appointments in Jersey). She is an accomplished industrial engineer and has spent the past 25 years working around the world for international blue-chip corporations, including Digicel where she was Chief People Officer, and Mars Incorporated where she was instrumental in creating and running their successful global corporate university.
Jersey is home but Jennifer brings a truly international perspective having lived in the UK, Germany, South Africa, Bermuda and Jamaica.
