Really enjoyed tonight’s session.  For tonight’s task:

START

1. Participate more in meetings.

2. Attending social gatherings.

3. Continue with personal branding.

STOP

1. Check tone & pitch with speaking to a colleague who I find annoying.

2. Work on my body language – try smiling even when annoyed – I tend to roll my eyes.

3. Avoid workplace gossip a bit more and also avoid colleagues with negative mindset.

SUSTAIN

1. Leave no stone unturned

2. Pay attention to detail; be familiar with the Code of Conduct policy.

3. Being proactive and front footed.
