Christina Liciaga

Currently Head of Insurance Customer Journeys in the UK, Christina has worked with HSBC in Latin America, Asia and the UK in a number of customer focused roles. Her passion for customers and expertise in Customer Experience (CX), User Interface and Customer Advocacy has earned her numerous recognitions including being named Top 10 CX Professional in UK and Top 150 Global Leaders and Influencers on Customer Experience. In 2020, Christina was appointed to HSBC’s Global Ethnicity Steering Committee.

Christina is also an Executive Trustee at JUSTICE. She was elected to the JUSTICE Board in 2016, appointed to the Finance Committee in 2019, and has contributed to the 2017 and 2019 Increasing Judicial Diversity reports. She is a speaker, panellist and vlog contributor on issues of race, ethnicity and inclusion, and a mentor to BAME talents across London, New York and the Middle East.
